About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Qualifier to join our team, playing a vital role in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads for our sales department. As the first point of contact, you will gather essential information, assess lead potential, and ensure that only qualified leads are passed to the sales team for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Review and validate incoming leads, ensuring all required details are captured and key needs are identified.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM, documenting all interactions and qualification status for seamless handover to the sales team.
Post-Qualification Review: Collaborate with the sales team to review and compare lead qualification insights, ensuring consistency and alignment.
Reporting & Analysis: Work closely with the Marketing team to monitor lead quality, analyze data, and provide regular feedback to enhance the lead generation and qualification process. Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates and qualification success.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Core Skills: Strong communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and critical thinking.
Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to assess and prioritize leads based on their potential.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in fast typing, experienced in working with CRM systems, and familiar with AVAYA software and devices.
