Job Description
Prepare quotations for the Sales Department based on their requests.
Maintain electronic records of customer quotations, purchase orders, and related transactions.
Create orders in the SAP system and ensure that the prices and quantities match the quotations sent to the customer.
Follow up with Production and Purchasing to ensure materials are available in stock.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics) to resolve all issues and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
Inform Sales Engineers if a customer’s account is blocked due to exceeding the credit limit.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Respond promptly to customer / sales inquiries and process their requests.
Monitor open sales orders daily, ensuring no orders remain open without a valid reason.
Coordinate with the Logistics Department to confirm the delivery of materials to customers as per the scheduled time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Maximum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Proficient in SAP, particularly in modules related to sales and customer relationship management.
Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
