The Customer Service & Order Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming orders from delivery aggregators, ensuring accurate order processing, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth communication between guests, delivery partners, and the kitchen. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming orders from all delivery aggregator platforms.
- Accurately punch and process orders through the POS system.
- Ensure all orders are entered correctly and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and resolve guest concerns, complaints, or inquiries.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding order modifications, special requests, or operational issues.
- Communicate with delivery partners when necessary to resolve delays or order-related concerns.
- Monitor order statuses and proactively address any issues that may impact the guest experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure order accuracy at all times.
- Report recurring operational or customer issues to the Operations Manager.
- Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
