Client Services Objectives

The Client Service team ensures seamless banking operations by managing client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing support for banking products and services, including electronic banking, payments, and trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for internal & external client inquiries.

Log and track all requests in the HOBART system.

Ensure timely resolution of client queries related to payments and general banking operations.

Escalate requests when necessary with clear and precise communication.

Manage daily client requests, including document requirements, statements, and status updates.

Report and assist in resolving client complaints and incidents.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Understand client businesses and provide effective operational solutions.

Communicate banking product-related issues to all relevant stakeholders.

Participate in client service improvement projects.

Adhere to departmental procedures and standard operating protocols.

Ensure proper logging and handling of customer complaints.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Languages:Fluent inEnglish & Arabic.

Experience:1-2 years in banking, preferably in customer service or operations, with a strong interest in client-facing roles.

Required Skills:

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office for daily tasks.

✔️ Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

✔️Flexibilityin working hours and days when required.
