Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support
Manage sales-related tasks, including order processing, quotations, and coordination with the sales team
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback
Support sales activities and contribute to achieving company targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales (preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or similar industries)
Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Must have a transferable residency in Kuwait
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
