Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative – Logistics, manages the entire order processing lifecycle, from initial customer interaction to final delivery, by effectively coordinating with customers, suppliers, sales, and logistics to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive enquiries, acknowledge them immediately and record them appropriately.

Categorize sales enquiries for immediate action i.e. for discussing with the sales team, for future reference, etc.

Obtain quotations and send proforma to customers.

Prepare purchase orders in consultation with the sales team.

Coordinate between suppliers and customers for processing sales orders.

Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Follow-up for the payment from customers.

Liaise with logistics team and update availability of stocks, maintain re-order levels.

Update sale managers on the status of the orders, issues and stock levels.

Arrange to send samples as and when required, receive feedback on the evaluation.

Respond to customer complaints and escalate sensitive issues to seniors.

Generate BO sales reports as and when required.

Person Specifications:

Preferably a Graduate with Commerce Or Business Management Or International Trade Business.

A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the UAE/GCC region is required.

Experience in a Customer service or Sales coordination role in a B2B business set-up.

Knowledgeable about Payment terms, import & export procedures.

Excellent with MS office such as Excel (Vlookup, Pivot), word, power point plus Outlook.

Knowledge on any ERP system, CRM.

Good communication skills in English and Arabic

Good follow up and organization skills with attention to detail.
