We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Male) to join our hypermarket team. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
  • Guide customers regarding product location, offers, and promotions
  • Ensure proper billing support and queue management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
  • Support shelf stocking, product display, and replenishment
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer feedback
  • Ensure adherence to store policies and service standards

Salary: 1200 to 1300 AED (33,000 INR) per Month

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in retail/supermarket/hypermarket/customer service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically active and able to work on the shop floor
