Job Description:
Top Most Freight Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive with a strong background in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Land Freight operations, along with hands-on experience in international freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare competitive freight quotations, and coordinate shipments with local and international clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and airlines.
- Negotiate freight rates and service terms with shipping lines, airlines, and international partners to secure competitive pricing.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and shipment coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requirements and resolving operational issues efficiently.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with prior customer service or sales experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry will be given preference.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Good knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Land Freight operations.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
