Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive who is fluent in Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, and English. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and trade finance operations, with a strong understanding of banking procedures, documentation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through various communication channels.
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Assist clients with trade finance and banking-related processes.
  • Prepare, review, and manage trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and related records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities as required.
