We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate jobs and follow up on job status with customers.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
- Support the Sales Team with after-sales activities by coordinating with internal departments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Own Visa or Sponsored Visa is preferred.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
