Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to be responsible for overseeing the life-cycle of customer orders, from their receipt all the way through to delivery, providing world-class customer service to both our internal and external partners. Huda Beauty customers are expected to receive a seamless service that fosters long-term relationships and ultimately brand growth and expansion. This role ensures a seamless flow of order information between customers and Huda Beauty and vice-versa.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Full management of the Influencer & PR order processing and dispatch according to launch date requirements

Ensuring a smooth flow of order information into ERP Microsoft Dynamics system when orders are received, either manually, through the upload function or EDI

Be the main point of contact between customers and HB for any queries regarding orders and order amendments

Manage orders with the warehouse making sure orders are shipped in a timely manner

Creating and coordinating return orders for agreed RTV’s from commercial, ensuring returns are reconciled based on quantities received by the DCs

Raise investigations on order shortages with our warehouses and provide solutions

Prepare and Provide all documentation required for orders dispatch

Communicate month-end order status and phasing updates to the Customer Service Manager

Oversee the COA (Certificate of Analysis) Process Management

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Shipping & Customs Documentation from Dubai

Excellent and timely communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities

Enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment

Great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
