Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role coordinates service requests, communicates with customers on service updates, and collaborates closely with service technicians and other departments to facilitate timely and effective responses.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support andCommunication:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and courteous service.

Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the Service Administrator when necessary.

Keep customers informed on the status of their service requests, ensuring clear and timelycommunication.

Service Request Coordination:

Log and process service requests in the system accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with service technicians to schedule on-site or remote service visits.

Track the progress of service requests, ensuring they are completed within established time frames.

Scheduling and Dispatch:

Organize and maintain the service schedule for technicians, optimizing routes and availability.

Ensure that service technicians have the necessary information and equipment for each assignment.

Communicate any scheduling changes to customers and service teams as required.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed jobs.

Update the customer service database regularly to reflect the current status of each service case.

Assist in generating service reports and summaries for the Service Administrator and management team.

Problem Resolution:

Identify recurring customer issues and bring them to the attention of the Service Administrator.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues that impact customer service, such as parts availability or billing inquiries.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Process Improvement:

Gather customer feedback and report suggestions to the Service Administrator forcontinuous improvement.

Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or a related role.

Strongcommunicationskills, both verbal and written, with acustomer-focusedattitude.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Problem-solving skillsand a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

This position is primarily office-based, with occasional requirements to work beyond standard hours to accommodate urgent service requests or high customer demand.

Job Types:Full-time, Permanent

Pay:AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
