We are looking for a Finance person, who can take up the responsibility of the entire accounts of the organization & handle a team with great leadership quality

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management for business decision-making.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including cash flow, profit margins, and return on investment.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and assist in ensuring compliance with tax laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the organization has sufficient funds for operations.
Recommend strategies to optimize cash flow and manage any financial risks.
Cost Management & Efficiency:
Identify areas to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency while maintaining business quality and service.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential investments or operational changes.
Internal Controls & Risk Management:
Develop and maintain internal financial controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Identify financial risks and opportunities, working with leadership to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Supervise and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Strategic Planning Support:
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and other long-term business initiatives.
Work closely with senior management to track financial performance against business targets and make adjustments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role, with at least [X] years in a managerial capacity.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and present it in a clear, actionable format.
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Leadership & Communication:
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present to senior executives.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.

Preferably a Chartered Accountant

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, tech] is a plus.
Knowledge of advanced financial modeling techniques.
Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED16,000.00 – AED22,000.00 per month
