Job Description
Provide outstanding, personalized customer service, ensuring each interaction leaves customers feeling valued and appreciated.
Manage customer relationships through various channels, including email, phone, and our order management system.
Strive to meet and exceedsales targets, contributing to team goals.
Leverage customer feedback to improve processes and support the development of the Furchild Customer Journey.
Collaborate with the product team to track responses and contribute to future improvements.
Become knowledgeable in pet health, care, andwellnessto better assist customers.
Participate in cross-functional projects, gaining exposure to areas such as customer insights, user experience, and operations.
Embody and reflect ourcompany valuesin all interactions and initiatives.
Qualifications
A proactive,team-orientedmindset with the ability to thrive in adynamic,fast-pacedstartup environment.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, with keen attention to grammar.
A warm, engaging phone presence with strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
