Role Purpos
e:
To provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, providing product information, replenishing stock, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and contributing to overall sales performan
ce.
Key Responsibilit
ies:
Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assist with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experi
ence.Promote products and upsell when appropriate to help meet store sales tar
gets.Replenish shelves, organize displays and ensure products are correctly priced and labe
lled.Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming environment by regularly cleaning and organizing the s
tore.Assist in stock counts & inventory and help with receiving and unpacking new s
tock.Attend training sessions to expand your product knowledge and skills, supporting both your personal development and the store’s gr
owth.Collaborate with your teammates to ensure smooth store operations and suc
cess.
Required Qualifications & Experi
ence:
Must have experience in cash handling & POS
systemHigh School Diploma or Equ
ivalent1-2 years’ experience in retail or customer
serviceAbility to handle customer complaints and work under p
ressureMerchandising and visual display skills may be
a plus
