Position Overview:

The Customer Service and Admissions Officer will be responsible for providing educational consultancy, tracking student inquiries through various channels, and converting inquiries into active registrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to student inquiries and parents through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
  • Providing accurate information about language programs, institutions, and international universities.
  • Assisting students in selecting the appropriate country and institution or university for their needs.
  • Monitoring student progress daily and converting inquiries into confirmed registrations.
  • Coordinating with international partners and institutions to finalize registration procedures.
  • Tracking accommodation and reception services and pre-departure arrangements.
  • Updating client data and managing communications professionally.
  • Achieving monthly admissions targets and providing an exceptional client experience.

Working Hours:

From Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (remote).
