Responsibilities:
- Work on shift basis to support on emails, calls, and web messages from the customers.
- Accountable to achieve high KPIs of quality, productivity and high customer NPS.
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
- Preferably with previous medical insurance experience or experience at medical facility or customer service experience.
