Customer Service Advisor – Arabic and English Speaker – Medical

We are looking for Arabic and English speaking Customer Service Advisors to support clients in the medical industry, engaging with customers via phone, email, chat or social media.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer requests and expectations and respond to their needs and situations.
  • Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our clients’ products or services, interface with customers via phone, email, chat or social media depending on the client requirements.
  • Develop technical skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives.
  • Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
  • Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑oriented.
  • Can work rotating and weekend shifts.
