Customer Service Advisor – Arabic and English Speaker – Medical
We are looking for Arabic and English speaking Customer Service Advisors to support clients in the medical industry, engaging with customers via phone, email, chat or social media.
Responsibilities
- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to their needs and situations.
- Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our clients’ products or services, interface with customers via phone, email, chat or social media depending on the client requirements.
- Develop technical skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives.
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
- Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑oriented.
- Can work rotating and weekend shifts.
