** What You’ll Do
*** Provide administrative support to Service Sales and Maintenance teams.
* Prepare and process customer contracts, renewals, and service-related documentation.
* Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
* Support maintenance planning, technician scheduling, and service operations.
* Assist with inspections, reporting, customer portals, and tender documentation.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality data management across systems.
** What We’re Looking For
*** UAE National (Family Book holder).
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or coordination roles is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
* Experience with SAP, CRM, or ERP systems is beneficial.
