As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, promoting our services, and driving sales. This is a remote position, so you will have theflexibilityto work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities forupselling and cross-selling.
Conduct market research and stayup-to-datewith industry trends to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceedsales targetsand contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or freelance environment.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of the freelance industry andremote workis a plus.
