We are urgently hiring a Customer Sales (Outreach Agent) to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with clients and prospects through outbound calls, delivering excellent customer support, and promoting our services. Freshers currently based in Dubai are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote services and collect feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist with client onboarding by clearly explaining service features and benefits.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills at all times.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Basic experience or knowledge in outbound calling, call centers, sales, tele sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English is required.
