– Promote & sell bank products/services to achieve the yearly set targets.
– Handle customers’ requests/inquiries related to their accounts ,products & services in a professional manner & serving all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfaction.
– Achieve branch goals and increase customer base and revenue.
– Providing professional, and high quality service that meet customers’ requirements and exceeds their expectations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
– 0-3 years of experience in the same field.
– Strong orientation for sales and services
– Fluency in English.
– Sufficient knowledge of bank’s products, services, rules & regulations.
– Computer Literacy.
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
