Capability to evaluate water conditions at aquatic centers, or external natural pools, rivers, or streams to recognize any possible risks or threats.
Ability to evaluate and judge the changing dynamics of people participating in aquatic.
Swimming skills and comfort in all kinds of water conditions.
Actions to promptly evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, along with the risks to their safety.
In-depth knowledge of safety policies, on-site protocols, and operational procedures
In-depth knowledge of techniques and methods for providing medical services in the event of an emergency.
Completion of lifeguard training is required
First Aid and CPR certification, AED certification, and other pieces of training are required are also advantages.
Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in interacting with people of various ages from diverse backgrounds.
Available to work shifts.
Physically fit, strong, agile, and dexterous.
