WE are looking for project manager for our new project have the following :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, 15+ years of experience managing large-scale building and villa construction projects. Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, and contractors. Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred. Knowledge of Dubai/UAE construction regulations and building codes. PMP or similar certifications preferred. Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
