Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Relations Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a blend of excellent communication skills and strong administrative support. You will be responsible for managing client interactions, supporting sales efforts through telesales, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Bilingual Communication: Effectively handle inquiries and provide support in both English and Hindi.
- Telesales & Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on existing leads to drive business growth.
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining CRM records.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns and coordinate with internal departments to provide timely solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Admin, or Customer Relations.
- Language: Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- UAE Experience: Prior experience working in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and "people" skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
