About the Job
As Customer Facing Effectiveness Manager within our Specialty Care team, you will enhance field team impact and efficiency while translating business strategies into impactful omnichannel customer engagement plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales force effectiveness by optimizing resource allocation, sizing structures, and deployment strategies to maximize customer‑facing productivity.
- Translate business unit strategies into comprehensive omnichannel customer engagement plans that align with organizational vision and objectives.
- Lead customer profiling, segmentation, and targeting initiatives to ensure quality alignment with business objectives and customer engagement plans.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators and analytics to track sales force effectiveness for both operational and transformational activities.
- Support incentive plan design, management, and analysis to ensure alignment with business strategy and commitment objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Digital, Finance, Ethics, and People Business Partners to drive operational excellence.
- Identify business opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across all business units.
Qualifications
- 1‑3 years in Sales Force Effectiveness or related commercial operations role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with understanding of commercial operations and customer engagement.
- Experience with CRM tool management, sales analytics, and performance tracking systems.
- Strong analytical ability in data analysis, sizing exercises, and performance correlation analysis.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and influence strategic direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
