We are an international market research and customer experience consultancy, hiring part-time evaluators to assess service quality across venues in Hail
What you will do
- Visit assigned locations as a normal customer and observe service quality.
- Complete short assignments (typically around 1 hour, depending on the venue).
- Submit a clear online report after the visit.
Requirements
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Good English writing and communication (Arabic is a plus in Arabic-speaking markets).
- Ability to follow instructions and submit reports on time.
