We are seeking a dynamic CX Manager to lead our customer experience strategy and optimize every touchpoint of our customer journey. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experiences:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s customer experience strategy
Advocate for CX initiatives and demonstrate their value to the business
Identify and minimize customer pain points across all channels
Oversee the entire customer journey, optimizing each step and identifying customer needs
Plan and execute initiatives to enhance overall customer experience
Manage user acceptance tests for new products/services
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve CX journey
Conduct VOC programs and communicate findings to the product team
Analyze feedback to improve the customer journey
Monitor key metrics like CSAT, NPS, and CES
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and other teams to align strategies
Enhance SMS content and review application errors to improve customer experience
Address detractors and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues
Skills Required:
Leadership
Perfect communication
Familiarity with latest trends and best practices of CX
Ability to analyze customer data
Strategic perspective on customer experience
Proficiency in customer journey mapping
Experience/Qualifications Required:
4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in SurveyMonkey, Excel, Tableau, Incorta, and SMS tools.
Experience with digital products, preferably in the insurance sector.
Preferred industries: Fintech, Private Companies, Banks
Saudi Only.
