Package : basic salary circa $6,000 – $8,500 per month, plus accommodation allowance, transportation allowance, expat benefits
I’m currently supporting a global hospitality group, based in the Middle East, with their search for a Customer Experience Manager – Ground & Lounges
.
The group is one of the pioneering brands globally in luxury hospitality, recognized through numerous regional, continental, & global awards.
They are building a new segment focusing on Product, Design, & Development
.
The Customer Experience Manager will research, create, and implement products and service concepts for all ground and lounge areas, including VIP zones, aiming to enhance customer experience. The role involves managing a team to develop high-standard products, introducing innovative concepts to differentiate in the market, and improving NPS and CSAT scores across Ground, Lounge, and Onboard services.
What you’ll need :
Min. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent.
8+ years of experience in ground and/or airport operations.
Experience in luxury hospitality environment.
Experience in driving personalization, loyalty, and customer engagement.
Experience managing and implementing projects across digital customer touchpoints in airlines.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, frameworks, technologies.
Practical knowledge of project management tools.
