Customer Experience Manager (Emiratization)

The CX Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing customer experience strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty  role focuses on ensuring seamless, personalized, and exceptional interactions across all customer touchpoints while identifying opportunities for service improvements and driving customer-centric initiatives. This role emphasizes fostering a customer-centric culture across the organization, including organizing cross-functional workshops and events for staff.

Key responsibilities:

Plan cross-functional engagements across Ruya to promote collaboration and customer-centricity across all departments.

Design and implement CX programs within Ruya to recognize and promote CX excellence.

Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and transactional data to understand customer needs and expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
