Customer Experience Manager – Digital

Location: Middle East

Package: Basic salary circa $6,000 – $8,500 per month, plus accommodation allowance, transportation allowance, expat benefits

I’m currently supporting a global hospitality group, based in the Middle East, with their search for a Customer Experience Manager – Digital.

The group is one of the pioneering brands globally in luxury hospitality, recognized through numerous regional, continental, & global awards.

They are building a new segment of the business focused on Product, Design, & Development.

The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the overall customer experience through digital channels, focusing on personalization, loyalty, and engagement across the customer journey. This includes driving transformation and integrating physical and digital journeys with stakeholders.

You will identify innovative opportunities and manage the development of digital solutions across the customer journey roadmap. You will project manage the end-to-end digital integration of the Horizon customer journey application and other digital enhancements across channels.

Demonstrate customer-centricdesign thinking in all development phases. Benchmark industry best practices by exploring competitors, design-centric organizations, and app developers to review market trends and propose solutions to the Head of Department. Ensure that every application feature is market-leading and surpasses competitors.

What you’ll need:

Min. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent

9+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital customer experiences

Experience in driving personalization, loyalty, and customer engagement

Experience managing and implementing major projects across digital touchpoints

Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, frameworks, and technologies

Practical knowledge of project management tools
