Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.
Generate and cultivate leads, building a solid client network.
Manage leads through a CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
Facilitate smooth property transactions, guiding both buyers and sellers through every step.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and ensure proper documentation.
Stay informed about the latest real estate market trends and legal developments.
Promote properties via social media and various online platforms to maximize exposure.

Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and lead management skills.
A valid Dubai real estate license (RERA) is highly desirable.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is a plus.
Positive, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
