We are seeking a highly professional, polished, and articulate Female Customer Care Specialist to manage exclusive communications with our High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and VIP clients in Qatar. This role requires exceptional emotional intelligence, discretion, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards. You will serve as the primary elite touchpoint, handling both inbound inquiries and outbound engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Elite Client Relations: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for VIP and HNWI clients via phone, ensuring a bespoke, premium service experience.
- Call Management: Manage high-touch inbound requests and execute tailored outbound service calls with absolute professionalism.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve complex client inquiries swiftly, demonstrating flawless attention to detail and zero margin for error.
- Discretion & Privacy: Handle sensitive, private, and confidential client data with the highest level of integrity.
- Relationship Maintenance: Anticipate client needs to build long-term loyalty and reinforce the brand’s premium reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in customer care, luxury hospitality, private banking, or VIP concierge services.
- Language Skills: Native or fully professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Location: Currently residing in Qatar with a strong understanding of local cultural nuances and business etiquette.
- Communication: Exceptional vocal tone, active listening skills, and an elegant conversational demeanor.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and highly polished under pressure.
Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
