We are looking for an HR Administrator to become part of our team at UIG!
The ideal candidate will offer administrative assistance to the office, guaranteeing the seamless and effective functioning of HR processes and operations. This role seeks a person with excellent organizational and communication abilities, ideally with previous experience in HR administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Support the hiring process by posting job openings, evaluating applicants, and arranging interviews.
– Keep employee records up to date , making sure they align with company policies and legal regulations.
– Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
– Handle HR communications by keeping HR reports up to date, organizing files, and addressing employee questions.
– Guarantee accurate handling of employee absences, attendance records, and other HR-related paperwork.
– Assist with payroll processing and support.
– Engage in HR projects and initiatives when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Demonstrated experience in HR administration, ideally within an FMCG or distribution setting.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and its application in the workplace.
– Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
– Outstanding ability in organization, multitasking, and managing time effectively.
– Excellent skills in communication, both in writing and speaking.
– Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– A degree or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is advantageous.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
