Primary Functions Onboard new customers before and after implementation
Conduct regular customer reviews
Handle customer inquiries
Conduct health checks to ensure
customer satisfaction
Raise
customer retention

Provide feedback on training sessions
Process customer cancellations
Negotiate contract renewals
Upsell premium packages
Manage OTRS tickets in a timely manner
Make inbound and outbound calls as required
Control the operations room during working hours
Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Explain the various features of our platform to customers to enhance Cartrack’s reputation as a leading technology partner
Train customers to maximize value from our Software-as-a-Service platform
Ensure exceptional
customer satisfaction
through effective support
Address and resolve customer complaints while keeping them informed throughout the process
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels
Provide constructive feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Identify opportunities to sell additional services or Cartrack software applications to clients
Compile daily reports on efficiency and productivity
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic performance or relevant industry experience
Proven experience in customer-facing roles
Fluent English language skills
Tech-savviness and basic computer literacy
Excellent
