Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (UAE National) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, supporting sales operations, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Whats App, and in-person visits.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, service requests, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Assist customers with product and service information.
- Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
- Prepare customer service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support showroom and retail operations as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.
- High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
