Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
Issue Resolution:Address client concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and building trust.
Follow-ups:Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding ongoing queries or services.
Client Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional and courteous service.
Records Management:Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
ServicePromotion:Educate clients about the company’s services and identify opportunities to offer additional solutions based on their needs.
Feedback Collection:Gather customer feedback to help improve the quality of services offered.
Team
Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education:A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or client relations, preferably in the finance or consulting industry.
Skills:Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skillsin English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus). Strongproblem-solvingabilities and a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in MS Office Suite andcustomer relationshipmanagement (CRM) tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in afast-paced environment.
