We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
** UAE National
** to join our Customer Service team.
** What You’ll Do
*** Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
* Manage service requests, callouts, and customer inquiries.
* Support customers during emergency and safety-related situations with empathy and confidence.
* Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
* Follow up on open cases and maintain accurate records.
* Support customer satisfaction surveys and service improvement initiatives.
** What We’re Looking For
*** UAE National (Family Book holder).
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
