Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous Customs Clearance Specialist to expedite the clearing of imported goods, vehicles, and components. This role ensures full compliance with Saudi Customs regulations, minimizing transit delays and optimizing cargo movement through regional entry points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process all required customs documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin).
- Utilize the Fasah portal and associated customs interfaces to track, submit, and clear shipments efficiently.
- Coordinate directly with port authorities, customs officials, and freight forwarders to resolve clearance issues or inspection bottlenecks.
- Ensure accurate tariff classification of goods according to Saudi Customs standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Saudi import/export regulations, duty exemptions, and compliance frameworks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in handling customs clearance processes within Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with documentation requirements for industrial machinery, automotive vehicles, or spare parts.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Customs online procedures and Fasah platform dynamics.
- Language: Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic.
