We are looking for a skilled and experienced Curtain Tailor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sewing, altering, and finishing high-quality curtains, drapes, sheers, and related soft furnishings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, sew, and finish curtains, drapes, sheers, and other window treatments.
- Operate industrial sewing machines and tailoring equipment efficiently.
- Create various curtain styles, including pinch pleat, wave, eyelet, pencil pleat, and blackout curtains.
- Alter, repair, and adjust curtains according to client specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and design requirements accurately.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper handling of fabrics and materials.
- Coordinate with installers and project teams to meet delivery and installation schedules.
