Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Culinary Manager to lead product development, support operational excellence, and drive culinary capability across our food and beverage operations. This role will play a key part in innovation, menu development, and ensuring consistent execution across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end new product development (NPD) process, from concept creation to commercialisation

• Develop and document recipes, preparation methods, and costings

• Conduct internal tastings and refine products based on feedback

• Support the launch of new menu items in collaboration with operations and training teams

• Deliver and oversee Back of House (BOH) training across stores, ensuring consistency in food preparation, quality, and standards

• Coach and support kitchen teams to build capability and maintain operational excellence

• Benchmark market trends and competitor offerings to drive innovation

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and quality standards through regular audits

• Investigate and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis

• Collaborate with supply chain teams on sourcing ingredients and equipment

• Provide ongoing support to kitchen operations and senior culinary teams

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development within food service, hospitality, or retail

• Proven experience in training and developing BOH teams across multiple locations

• Strong culinary expertise with a focus on innovation and quality

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
