Key Responsibilities:
Over 5 years Dynamics CRM consultancy experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
Proven ability to track unit testing, SIT and UAT status via test automation tools, Dev Ops or Jira.
Knowledge of Veri Park Veri Touch is desirable
Experience of providing CRM Demonstrations & Training
Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules including functional and security framework
Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, forms, workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Exposure on mobile applications via Dynamics CRM is desirable
Support the Installation and configuration support of on-premise (preferable)/online Dynamics CRM.
Strongcollaborationand investigative skills and the ability to cross reference information for accuracy
Strong verbal and written skills, especially around documentation
