Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Machines Operation: Operate and oversee the performance of Chakki machines and other milling equipment.
Ø Flour Quality Control: Monitor the quality of flour to meet company standards.
Ø Raw Material Management: Manage the intake, handling, and storage of raw materials effectively.
Ø Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of machineries
Ø Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with industry standards.
Ø Production Optimization: Optimize production processes to achieve maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
Ø Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and raw material usage.
Ø Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ø Education: High school Diploma or equivalent; technical training in milling operations is required.
Ø Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Flour milling, preferably with Chakki machines.
Ø Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of milling processes.
Ø Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical tasks, such as standing for long periods and lifting materials.
