We are looking for an experienced and

CRM Manager (Russian Speaker) Â to

. You will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance
customer engagement
, drive retention, and maximize lifetime value. This role requires fluency in Russian and English , along with expertise in CRM tools, customer segmentation, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Manage customer lifecycle campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels. Â Requirements:
Fluency in Russian and English  (both written and spoken). Strong
analytical skills
and proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and
