products that combine the best of function and style. We are seeking an experienced and skilled CRM Manager to

join our team

and drive strategic marketing initiatives. In this 100% remote role, you’ll be leading our email marketing strategy, leveraging customer data to create targeted campaigns that drive revenue and increase LTV.

What You’ll Do:  Develop and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive sales, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV). Segment customer data to create personalized email experiences based on purchase history, browsing behaviour, and demographics. Analyse cohort data to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aimed at increasing customer LTV. Develop a test and learn framework and roadmap to continuously improve our email marketing.

Design and optimise email automation to streamline

communication

and engagement. Analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and make

data-driven decisions

to improve future campaigns. Strategize and execute campaigns to grow the total email subscriber base. Collaborate with graphic designers to develop high-converting email sign-up forms that maximize subscriber acquisition. Work with graphic designers to create high-converting email campaign designs that drive engagement and performance.

Collaborate with the wider team to be aligned with the business objectives. Stay

up-to-date

on the latest email marketing trends and best practices.  Who You Are:  4+ years of experience in email marketing with a

proven track record

of success. Proven ability to increase CLTV through targeted email marketing strategies.

Experience with

A/B testing and optimisation techniques. Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and customer journeys. Excellent

analytical skills

with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience with

CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Klaviyo preferred). A passion for e-commerce and a desire to make a significant impact on our company’s growth.
