About PSI
Property Shop Investment (PSI), established in 2007, is one of the UAE’s leading real estate companies headquartered in Abu Dhabi. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Listing Agent to join our Secondary Market (Resale) Team.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Real Estate, Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or any customer-facing sales role who are passionate about building relationships and developing a successful career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure resale property listings from landlords and property owners.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors.
- Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other portals.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize listing exposure.
Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate, Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or any customer-facing sales role.
- Previous experience in listing acquisition or the secondary real estate market is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, presentable, customer-focused, and target-driven personality.
- Experience with CRM systems and property portals is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Additional languages such as Russian, French, German, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, or Chinese are highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not essential.
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
- Experience managing clients in any Industry is a plus
