We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with a background in the automotive industry to join our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Manage walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and online customer inquiries.
- Accurately log and track all leads in the CRM/DMS system.
- Coordinate lead assignments and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales journey.
- Conduct customer follow-ups for inquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and post-sales feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
- Support customer complaint resolution and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous CRM experience in the automotive industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using CRM/DMS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
