We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with a background in the automotive industry to join our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist showroom visitors while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and online customer inquiries.
  • Accurately log and track all leads in the CRM/DMS system.
  • Coordinate lead assignments and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales journey.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups for inquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and post-sales feedback.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
  • Support customer complaint resolution and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous CRM experience in the automotive industry is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience using CRM/DMS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
