We are seeking a CRM Developer with 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing CRM solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft CRM SDK. The role includes integrating CRM with other business systems, supporting users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring reliable CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components, including entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, and custom workflow activities.
- Manage and enhance CRM systems to support business processes and improve system performance.
- Design and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Develop custom CRM functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, CRM SDK, FetchXML, and LINQ.
- Perform data migration and ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM environments.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with SQL Server, SharePoint, and other third-party applications.
- Monitor CRM integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve connectivity or integration-related problems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and integration documentation.
- Provide technical support to users and ensure the continuous availability and reliability of CRM services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer ٍScience, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, CRM SDK, C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML, and LINQ.
- Experience integrating CRM solutions using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
