Overview
Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Analyst to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is a key role supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless lead tracking, efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and excellent CRM adoption across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the company CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Manage CRM users, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Maintain accurate lead and client data through imports, updates, and data cleansing.
- Monitor and maintain CRM workflows, including lead management, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
- Create and update dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management.
- Support sales and marketing teams with CRM automation, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Train users on CRM best practices and ensure proper data entry.
- Assist with CRM integrations with ERP, marketing, and property management systems.
- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role.
- Proven experience managing at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong skills in data management, reporting, dashboards, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to train and support non‑technical users.
- UAE experience is required; experience in real estate, property management, or brokerage is highly preferred.
