About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Assistant with expert-level Excel skills and a proactive mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in data administration and reporting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of reporting tools is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with key departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and optimize the company’s reporting system for accurate data tracking and analysis.
Manage data administration tasks, including integration, cleansing, processing, and assigning.
Proactively suggest improvements and optimizations to enhance CRM efficiency.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is essential.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills.
1+ years of experience in the Fintech industry preferred.
Multitasking abilities and the capability to handle high-priority tasks.
Strong analytical thinking, enthusiasm, and persistence in problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
Adaptability to future changes and process improvements.
A high sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
