Crewing Officer Jobs in Dubai at AL SAHIL AL RAMIL SHIPPING LLC
We are seeking a dedicated Crewing Officer to manage crew planning, recruitment, documentation, and crew change operations for our fleet while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate crew changes and mobilization.
- Verify crew certificates, passports, visas, and medical documents.
- Arrange travel, visas, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate crew records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, Flag State, and company requirements.
- Coordinate with Masters, Operations, and HR regarding crew requirements.
- Monitor contract and certificate expiry dates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in crewing or maritime HR.
- Knowledge of STCW, MLC, and maritime documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with crew management software is an advantage.
Preferred:
- Experience in a shipping or offshore company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple crew movements.
